Darjeeling Trip Itinerary
π Day 1 β 23rd August: NJP/Siliguri to Sitong
Meet at New Jalpaiguri or Siliguri Railway Station and begin the scenic ride to Sitong. Enroute sights include Pakursing, Hanuman Dock Viewpoint, Dow Hill Church, Victoria School and Chimney Viewpoint. Reach hotel and rest with Himalayan vibes. ποΈ
π Day 2 β 24th August: Sitong to Darjeeling
Morning Sitong exploration with Jogi Ghat, Hanging Bridge, Mungpu, Kak Daha and Tenchale views. On the way to Darjeeling, weβll explore Biswak Tea Garden, Lamahatta Eco Park and Museum. Reach Darjeeling for a cozy night stay. πΈ
βοΈ Day 3 β 25th August: Darjeeling Exploration
Early morning at Tiger Hill for sunrise views π . Then visit Darjeeling Tea Garden, Rock Garden, Ghum Monastery and experience classic hill vibes. Free time for cafΓ© hopping & shopping. Overnight stay in Darjeeling. ποΈ
π² Day 4 β 26th August: Darjeeling to Bijanbari via Nepal Border
Head to Bijanbari through scenic Lepcha Jagat forest views. Stop at Pasupati Market on Nepal Border for cross-culture feels and souvenir shopping. Reach Bijanbari and enjoy peaceful night surrounded by nature. ποΈ
π Day 5 β 27th August: Bijanbari to NJP (Trip Ends)
Final adventure day! Visit stunning Mirik Lake, Gopaldhara Tea Estate, Tonglu & Dudia Valley. Trip ends at New Jalpaiguri Station by evening. Return with new friendships & unforgettable memories. π§³

Here I would want to take a moment to share an experience of my first ever solo trip with Somraaj Express. In our trips, people usually join from Maharashtra, Odisha, Kolkata, Bangalore, and nearby Delhi. We'll help you coordinate the best flights or train options for your travel.
Most major costs are covered. For shopping, Entry fees, souvenirs, meals, personal activities, and extras β carry βΉ3,000 to βΉ5,000 depending on your style.
We keep our groups quality-focused and energetic β around 15 like-minded travelers for the best experience and vibe.
The booking amount is non-refundable. But if you cancel due to a genuine emergency at least 7 days before the trip, weβll do our best to adjust it in a future trip.
